What is included in my free estimate?

You will receive a written scope of your project, including what permits will be required, a basic timeline, and whatever open questions remain for you to decide on before we can begin.

How often should my systems be serviced?

You should have your systems serviced right before each cooling and heating season starts.

What type of filter should I buy?

We recommend you buy a pleated filter. Cheap 30 day filters do not filter the air properly and result in coils becoming clogged sooner.

How often should I change my filter?

It is recommended to replace pleated filters every 90 days. However, “if In doubt take it out”. Airflow is life to your system and a clean filter is essential.
